The main debugging of the fast door includes the following parts.
Upper and lower limit debugging detection: When the door body is stationary, press the up button and the door body runs upwards. After buffering and complete stop, determine whether the lifting height meets the user's requirements. If the requirements are not met, conduct debugging again; Afterwards, press the down button and wait until the door body completely stops falling, observe whether the end of the door body stays in a natural and appropriate position.
Performance test of emergency stop button: During the operation of the door body, press the emergency stop button and observe whether the door body immediately stops. If it still operates normally, it is necessary to check whether the emergency stop button is malfunctioning or damaged.
Infrared anti impact performance debugging: During the falling process of the door body, cut off the infrared targeting system and check whether the door body will rebound and rise in a timely manner. During the testing process, it is important to pay attention to one's own safety and prevent damage caused by infrared system malfunction.
