The output wire of the electric fast door must pay attention to the following two aspects:
Fast gate output
1. The two wires found by the electromagnetic coil should be twisted in pairs, with a relative density of more than 50 knots per meter. Untwisted output wires will have an impact. The length of the output wire should generally not exceed 5 meters. Because the sensitivity of the detection electromagnetic coil decreases as the length of the wire increases, the length of the wire electrical connection should be as short as possible.
2. When carrying out the wiring of the electromagnetic coil, it is necessary to clean up the debris in the wire slot to prevent abnormal operation of the fast door ground sensing coil caused by the back and forth pressure of the vehicle in the middle and later stages, which may cause the electromagnetic coil to be forged or broken.
Automatic control inspection of fast rolling shutter doors:
1. When using a lit tobacco or other smoke source to pose any smoke detector in the system software, the protection device will send an alarm system. In addition, the fully automatic start roller shutter electronic control system will lower and close the roller shutter door twice. The rolling shutter door descends once to a length of 1.2 meters from the road surface for parking, lasting for 90 seconds before fully automatically starting the electric rolling shutter door and closing it all.
2. After the electric roller shutter door is closed, it can only be opened again after the data signal of the smoke detector (or temperature sensor) has subsided or the calibration side of the reset switch is reset.
3. Actual operation inspection of the buttons in the Fire Safety Management Center: The Fire Safety Management Center only sets the button to close the rolling shutter door. The actual operation of the button to close the rolling shutter door is based on the second descent and is closed in a timely manner. After that, the data signal signs in the Fire Safety Management Center are checked to see if everything is normal.
4. Immediately fix any defects detected in the system software.
5. Clean and remove dust from electric roller shutter doors, and repair areas where paint has fallen off or partially deformed to ensure that the exterior of the roller shutter door is clean and elegant.
