3, the natural environment temperature is too high. Pay attention to the allowable temperature range of the lift door application;
4. Correct the wiring method. The triangular connection method replaces the original star connection method to connect the motor;
5, loose. The switch power supply that will lift the door is loose;
6. The circuit breaker is broken. Search for lifting door circuit breaker is there a problem;
7, switching power supply operating voltage and motor rating operating voltage error of more than 5%. High operating voltage is especially bad for multi-pole bottom voltage motors, because when the operating voltage is high, the high speed current is close to the rated voltage under all normal operating voltages: Adjust the lifting gate motor to match the operating voltage of the switching power supply;
8, more than the rated load type, such as the power switch frequency of the lifting door is too high, adjust the rated load type of the motor to make it conform to the required operating standards.
