1、 The geomagnetic field of the fast rolling shutter door continues to flash, which may be due to dual inline insertion or incorrect switch setting. It is necessary to cut off the power supply, remove the protective shell, and change the setting of the dual inline switch.
2、 Receiver check failure, uncontrolled automatic switch or red diode illuminated. There may be a fault with the grounding wire and an object interfering with the detection ring. The inductance generated by the switch output relay can also cause faults, requiring the use of interference suppressors for control.
3、 The geomagnetic ring flashes twice, possibly due to the detection ring being too large or winding too many times (the ideal electromagnetic field of the detection ring is 80-300uH). You can replace the detection ring or circle it 3-5 times, reset the sensitivity switch, cut off the power, wait for 5 seconds, and then set the sensitivity back to its original position approximately 3 seconds later.
4、 The magnetic field of the fast rolling shutter door flashes 4 times, and the detection ring is too small or too few turns are made. It is necessary to increase the number of coils of the geomagnetic line and then reset the sensitivity switch.
5、 The industrial fast rolling shutter door may experience 6 geomagnetic flashes, which may cause interference to the detection ring, grounding wire fault, or short circuit. It is necessary to repair and replace the detection ring in a timely manner or remove nearby metal objects, and then change the sensitivity switch setting again.
