1. First, close the emergency stop button of the fast rolling shutter door, turn on the power supply of the electric control box of the fast rolling shutter door, press the learning button on the bottom receiver panel once, and check that the signal receiver light is on.
2. Press the pressure hose inside the safety bottom edge cloth pocket of the fast door several times, and the signal indicator light flashes to indicate successful reception. Press the bottom edge pressure hose repeatedly, and each time the receiver light is on, the signal connection is completed.
3. Open the emergency stop button on the electric control box of the fast rolling shutter door, press the pressure hose inside the bottom cloth pocket, and the door body of the fast rolling shutter door will automatically rise upon receiving a signal and operate normally.
4. So during the testing of the safety bottom of the fast shutter door and the use of the fast door, if it is found that the electronic control box cannot receive the safety bottom signal, it is necessary to pay attention to checking the battery and bottom pressure hose inside the safety bottom transmitter. If the battery is found to be depleted, it is necessary to replace it with a new one. If the bottom pressure hose is damaged or leaking, the damaged or leaking hose should be sealed and replaced with a new safe bottom pressure hose if necessary.
