Operation Device
Different from regular auto doors, clean room sliding door use touch-less
control device to operate the door.With operation sensor,people no need press buttons to open the door when they need pass.This have two advantages
1.Avoid contamination of hand caused by press buttons
2.Make it easy to open the door when people carrying something or moving trolley.We offer two kinds of operation sensors for your option.You can also choose both of them,with a surcharge 1.Hand detector sensors;2.Foot detector sensors
Air tight seal structure
Our door adopts high-standard air-tight structure.It includes two parts:
1.All-around EPDM weather seal rubber.
we use soft tube seal rubber strip on the door leaf.Such special shape rubber can
make the rubber flexible to fit the gap completely
2.Three-side aluminum frame:top,left
side and right side with aluminum tube
frame,to cover three side wall near the opening.It will face and touch with seal rubber when door closed.
Window
Special double layer hollow design,total
thickness is the same with door leaf total thickness.So the double side surface of
glass window is complete plain and flush with that of door leaf.This can avoid
dust-detention and make it easier to clean up also
Surface glass:5mm thick safety tempered glass.
Safety device
Safety infrared photo sensor to stop the door if people passing.This can avoid
Accident and protect people or vehicles Sensor is hidden and embedded in side
Frame Columns,beautiful and avoiding damage of the sensor.
Plug type wire joint,easy for installation and more stable.
Handle
Handle is optional,normally no need handle because the door is automatic
304 stainless steel handle outside.Inside is plastic embedded hidden handle
Top cover
Aluminum profile,surface is electrophoresis treatment.
